At the Smithsonian Institution's annex/partner site in Maryland, Ward's OmniDirectional art from various series groups, mixed together in mashup display at the 2013 group show "Elements In Balance: Earth, Air, Fire, Water."


National Gallery of Art's cube sculpture (on loan) visible in window outside made by George Rickey [ wiki ], with seven Ward panels on the wall in an exhibit-specific mashup.


View through the stairs. It is a "high ceilings, shiny floors" venue with many world class pieces on loan from the Hirschhorn Museum and from the National Gallery.

At the national landmark New York Mercantile Exchange (in the World Trade Center /World Financial Center complex) Ward's "Break The Mold" 2012 solo hangs.(Below ) A monumental outdoor columnar sculpture by the famed Martin Puryear [ wiki ] at the venue's plaza is visible through the window at the end of the corridor.

2014 at The Gallery in Beijing's C-Space in the form of video projections of circular detail photos of some Ward paintings. Except for the circular format, the Ward projections were similar to ones Ward exhibited under the name GrumpyVisualArtist at MoMA in the 2013 Pop Rally show.

A joking project to make the "World's Smallest (Human-Enterable) Gallery"* (the whimsical Two Fingers Gallery [ web ]) with miniature prints of art by Betty Tompkins and others including Ward (Series 340 / Blue) faintly visible in the window at the "Give An Inch" group show.

*Official Guinness World Record paperwork was filed for the "World's Smallest" status, but amusingly, both gallery locations (Chelsea and at the Bowery Mural Wall in LES) were stolen before the process was complete.

At a Smithsonian-affiliate's "Glow in The Gallery" group show. Ward's two-panel Begotten, Forgotten hangs on the venue's "Picasso wall" where artwork by Picasso, Matisse, and Miro hung in the previous year. In the foreground on loan from the Hirshhorn Museum is Traveler's Column by Arnoldo Pomodoro (maker of those bronze Sphere sculptures in so many cities).
