Materials from the "candidate" stated openly that the action was a relational aesthetics / performance art project (and kept responses about the actual state of residence vague). The project went far enough to get a speech-invitation letter saying, "Dear Prospective Democratic Lieutenant Governor Nominee....You have been selected to address one of the Chicago subcommittees."
