MoMA, May 1 : Marina Abramovic's TABLE disappears.

Confirmed : MoMA, May 1 --Marina Abramovic's TABLE disappears. There has been some online wondering about that. Click photo below for large view with dates. Interesting too to see the bottom right image where the then-removed chairs' placemarks are visible on the floor.

So the original plan was two chairs and a table. Early photos I thought showed a table. Later photos: no table. Anyone know what's the deal? There must be a museum staffer out there somewhere. Why now no table?

Terry Ward is right about the table being gone. On or around May 1, I too noticed, that the table had been removed. Terry Ward is the first to comment on this. You all tell me what that might mean. Less protection; more confrontation; more Marinia?
Thank you,
Jerry Saltz
